Technical Curriculum Developer (Semiconductor)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital learning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and Google Workspace.
• Integrate learning content into Canvas LMS.
• Create:
• Instructor manuals
• Lesson plans
• Facilitation guides
• Learner workbooks
• Design scalable and engaging learning experiences for technical audiences.
• Develop clear, step-by-step instructional content for topics such as:
• Wafer handling
• Preventive maintenance (PM)
• Process troubleshooting
• Equipment operation and maintenance
• Design technical diagrams, videos, animations, and interactive demonstrations.
• Convert technical competencies into progressive learning pathways.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and revision histories.
• Support recruitment initiatives and external partnership development efforts.

Required Experience

• Experience in technical instructional design or technical training content development.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, electrical, electromechanical, or industrial equipment maintenance environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and communicate complex concepts.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate live virtual sessions.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E electrical safety standards, hazardous gas and chemical handling practices, and semiconductor industry safety standards.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Canvas LMS, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and exceptional technical writing skills.
• Experience with SCORM and xAPI content development.
