Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of customer experience training programs.
- Conduct learning needs analyses with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and training solutions.
- Create prototypes, storyboards, scripts, course content, simulations, scenarios, assessments, etc. for learning solutions.
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop engaging learning content and instructional materials.
- Design eLearning, instructor-led training, simulations, assessments, and other learning solutions using industry-standard authoring tools.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective, scalable training.
- Collaborate with LMS administrators to deploy and maintain training content.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction data to drive continuous improvement.
- Support product launches and organizational initiatives by developing customer-facing and employee training.
- Mentor training professionals and promote best practices in learning design and delivery.
Qualifications
- Must Have:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Training, or 5 or more years of related field experience.
- 3 or more years of experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and eLearning development.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshman year of college in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Fluent in English with strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred:
- Graduate degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Proficiency with Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms.
- Experience training on electronic access control, video management, or security systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server environments and enterprise software applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate complex concepts into engaging training.
- Multilingual capabilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
