Technical Coordinator- Core Lab
About the role
The Technical Coordinator-Laboratory assists the section supervisor and/or manager in technical, quality, and operational oversight within assigned areas of responsibility in the Laboratory, ensuring patient care needs are met according to physician orders, policies, and procedures. They provide indirect oversight to technical and non-technical staff, assist with daily operations, and collaborate with various disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Technology or equivalent
- AMT or ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist, certification must be maintained
- Specialized certification (SM) or eligibility preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in clinical laboratory specialty
- Minimum one (1) year of leadership and/or training experience

Pay and Benefits
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale for this position ranges from $88,691.20 to $127,649.60 USD. Pay is influenced by factors such as skill set, years of experience, and certifications.
