The Technical Growth Content Specialist creates educational and technical content that helps enterprise buyers and technical practitioners discover, evaluate, and adopt the organization’s products. This role combines technical writing, content marketing, developer education, SEO, and product storytelling to produce accurate, useful content across search engines, AI platforms, and social channels. The position contributes directly to growth by building trust with technical audiences, increasing product visibility, supporting self-serve revenue, and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Create educational and technical content based on search insights, customer questions, and community signals to drive measurable growth.
• Monitor technical discussions across platforms such as Twitter, Hacker News, and Reddit to identify timely content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the AI and Organic Search Manager to improve content discoverability across search and AI platforms.
• Develop hands-on product knowledge to create credible, practical, and technically accurate content.
• Maintain high standards of technical accuracy, editorial quality, and consistency while producing content at a strong pace.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and useful.
• Refresh, optimize, and expand existing content based on performance data, search trends, and audience feedback.
• Develop and implement an AI-first content program to accelerate research and content production.
• Create strategic technical content that supports self-serve revenue growth and product adoption.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging educational resources for technical and enterprise audiences.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in growth-focused technical content marketing, technical writing, developer marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accurately.
• Familiarity with SEO and AI discoverability best practices.
• Experience creating educational content for technical, developer, or enterprise audiences.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tackle complex challenges.
• Ability to develop authentic technical content through hands-on product learning and research.
• Experience using AI tools to research, draft, optimize, and improve content.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with engineering, product, marketing, and subject matter experts.
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Pay

• US pay range: $95,000–$119,000 USD.
