Technical Consultant, Enterprise

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Consultant, Enterprise to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation journey. You will help shape scalable integration solutions, guide complex configuration decisions, and remove technical blockers so customers can realize value quickly. The position blends technical discovery, systems architecture, and cross-functional collaboration with onboarding and customer success teams. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $206,000 annually Responsibilities Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams for implementations Assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving integrations Collaborate with onboarding specialists to enhance customer success Problem-solve technical hurdles and recommend effective implementations Conduct technical discovery to recommend the appropriate architecture Be a subject matter expert on HRIS and Accounting integrations Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide complex configuration decisions Contribute to documentation that supports integration use cases Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field 4+ years in technical consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or fintech Familiarity with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows Experience working with APIs and systems architecture Strong communication skills for translating technical solutions into business value Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills Benefits Flexible PTO Centralized home-office equipment ordering Health and wellness stipend Budget for intra-office travel Weekly coffee stipend 100% medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees 401(k) with employer match Parental leave at 100% pay for up to 16 weeks Fertility HRA up to $10,000 Pet insurance and other in-office perks Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
