Responsibilities

• Lead a small Mission Management team supporting customers integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services.
• Assist development teams in understanding how to integrate and resolve issues with REST Services.
• Support end users in resolving access issues (grants/denials).
• Manage tickets using JIRA and provide support via email, chat, and phone.
• Analyze system applications and troubleshoot complex software systems.
• Modify Confluence pages and write technical documentation to support customers.
• Educate and train customers on software capabilities.
• Assist in defining and understanding customer needs.
• Work independently as an analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph.
• Extensive experience with customer ICAM solutions, including resolving related issues.
• Experience with or knowledge of:
  • Online and telephone customer support
  • LDAP directories
  • SQL and basic database querying
  • RESTful services
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine)
• Able to:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system applications.
  • Understand and communicate complex software systems.
  • Modify Confluence pages and create technical documentation.
