Technical Business Unit Manager - Cell Manufacturing Experience Required

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $115,500 – $207,900 annually.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integration of the company’s and customer's technology roadmaps
• Develop and manage highly complex technology projects
• Present and promote the company’s technology to customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer technical projects
• Establish strategic direction for design and product development teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Engineering or Computer Science
• 6-8 years experience in Engineering or Technology fields, preferably R&D or product design
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of the company Design and Technology Services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
