Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Facilitate and participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and next steps.
- Act as the key technical liaison between end users, vendors, and development teams.
- Affiliate with identifying business requirements and technical specifications during the review and implementation of products and services.
- Assist with developing solutions and translating these solutions into technical requirements for development teams.
- Foster and sustain meaningful connections with key stakeholders, such as department heads, managers, and team members, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Mentor Technical Business Analyst I, providing cross-training and support with assigned tasks including tickets, project work and BAU.
- Drive the execution of medium to large-scale and complex projects, offering expert technical guidance and strategic insights to facilitate seamless implementation and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Three years of experience required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Monarch DataPrep, SQL Developer, and XML Notepad.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SQL and XML.

Pay
The estimated salary for this role is $84,061.00 - $117,686.00 annually.
