Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (API Integration) Work Location: Hartford, CT 6106 (Onsite) Job Description Demonstrated understanding of REST APIs, including endpoints, payloads, status codes, and authentication any experience working with REST APIs would be highly valuable Detail oriented with the ability to support in the management and evolution of multiple projects at once Strong verbal and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate with a wide array of stakeholders and translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa Strong organizational skills Minimum years of experience*: 8-10 years Job Details Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) Elicit, document, and maintain business and functional requirements for API products, including new builds, enhancements, and integrations e.g.., API specifications, data contracts, mappings, and specific integration documentation Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development and QA team members to develop testing plans in conjunction with QA team members for new integrations and major releases with support in validating any business logic Support onboarding of internal Interview Process (Is face to face required?)
