Technical Business Analyst

Position Overview

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into sprint-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Prioritize backlog items and assist with sprint planning activities.
Serve as the functional expert for the assigned business domain and make day-to-day scope decisions.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, BI engineers, and project leadership throughout the Agile lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and backlog management.
• Experience working with Databricks and enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with Tableau reporting and analytics solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
