Floyd's 99 Barbershop is growing, and we're looking for talented Barbers and Stylists across all locations. We're a vibrant, cutting-edge shop catering to both men and women, offering top-quality services like haircuts, color, styling, and waxing. If you're passionate about your craft and ready to be part of a dynamic team, we want to meet you.
Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $110,000+. Beginning pay rate: 42%-45% commission of service sales or a protected $13/hr - you will always make the greater of the two. Tips paid out at the end of each day.

Schedule
Guaranteed Full-Time hours, with Part-Time positions available dependent upon location.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and hair styling (cuts, color, texturizing)
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive environment
What We're Looking For
- State-licensed Cosmetologists or Barbers (REQUIRED)

Additional Details
Steady Walk-In Traffic, allowing you to build your books quickly. Opportunity to increase commission rate based on sales + request rate (reviewed quarterly). All technical employees are asked to perform a technical interview with a model; the cut is a medium bald fade with shear work on top, performed in person. We are looking for people with open availability and a desire to grow with our rapidly growing and reputable brand.
