About the role

Join one of the busiest barbershops in New Braunfels, TX as a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist. If you’re passionate about men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for talented professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and want to build a loyal clientele while growing their career in men’s grooming.

Schedule

• Full-time (35–39 hours per week)
• Consistent scheduling
• Evening and weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
• Provide thorough consultations and personalized recommendations
• Create an exceptional client experience from start to finish
• Build lasting client relationships that drive rebooking and referrals
• Recommend professional grooming products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Support a positive, team-oriented shop culture

Requirements

• Active Barber License or Cosmetology License in TX
• Strong technical skills in men’s haircutting, fading, clipper work, and detailing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume barbershop environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
