Responsibilities
- Formulate and issue Process Instructions to the production floor.
- Sample submissions and tracking of sample results.
- Maintain department first pass yield and on-time delivery.
- Monitor department inventory levels and accuracy in SAP.
- Interface with customers, engineering, management, and operations personnel to meet quality and capacity goals.
- Aid process engineering personnel in optimizing operations with changing raw material supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum two-year technical associate degree.
- Experience with SAP, statistical knowledge using Mini Tab, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
- Strengths in statistical thinking, laboratory techniques, and computer skills.
- Physically capable of ascending four stories and available to work weekends if required.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
