Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $25.22
- Six month hourly rate increase to: $26.22
- Eligible for Annual Bonus
- Annual Wage increases

- Perform various tasks within the Materials department, including but not limited to receiving, stocking, and distributing materials.
- Aid in assembly line operations, ensuring efficient and accurate product assembly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred, but not required.
- Skills & Competencies: Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and teamwork skills, basic understanding of manufacturing/warehouse processes, manual dexterity, attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions.
- Endurance and mobility to work in various physical postures, including bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching to access items on low or high shelves.
- Agility to maneuver through aisles and tight spaces.
- Ability to work in warm or cold temperatures.
