Production Associate - Materials and Assembly

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $25.22
• Six month hourly rate increase to: $26.22
• Eligible for Annual Bonus
• Annual Wage increases
• Full Benefits package

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks within the Materials department, including but not limited to receiving, stocking, and distributing materials.
• Aid in assembly line operations, ensuring efficient and accurate product assembly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

What You Bring to the Role

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred, but not required.
• Skills & Competencies: Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and teamwork skills, basic understanding of manufacturing/warehouse processes, manual dexterity, attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Endurance and mobility to work in various physical postures, including bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching to access items on low or high shelves.
• Agility to maneuver through aisles and tight spaces.
• Ability to work in warm or cold temperatures.
