Production Associate - Assembly

About the role

Responsible for the assembly of pool covers. May include cutting, cross seaming, webbing, or stitching. Performance in creating a quality product is key.

Responsibilities

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components such as thermoformed steps, structural foam molding of polymer panels, etc.
• Manufacturing tasks may include heat-seal welding, kit-building, light fabricating, cutting, and sewing
• Use power tools, hand tools, and sewing machines

Requirements

• 0-3 years’ experience in machine operation of semi-automated machines and the use of hand tools
• 0-3 years in manufacturing or production
• Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for 8-12 hour shifts
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to multitask, work on a team, and work independently
• Ability to work with one’s hands and use hand tools such as drills and hammers
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Pay

Starting salary: $20.75 per hour. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Year-end bonus potential.
