About the role

You will play a key role in supporting laboratory operations, conducting experiments, and performing data analysis in the Earth, Atmospheric & Planetary Sciences department.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze carbon, nutrients, and other chemical and microbial parameters of environmental and laboratory samples.
  • Perform routine tasks such as sample analysis and recording results in laboratory notebooks and electronic databases.
  • Oversee the maintenance of instruments and laboratory supplies inventory.
  • Assist with the disposal of chemical and hazardous waste.
  • Participate in occasional extended field trips for environmental sampling.
