Technical Assistant - Mondays

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, adaptable, and ready to support team needs.
• Excellent communicators who thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Curious about healthcare and passionate about delivering great service.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; prior EMR experience is a plus.
• Have at least 1 year of work or leadership experience (preferred in customer service or healthcare).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare.
• American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) certified.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual: Spanish & English.
