As a Technical Architect at Elementum, you are the tip of the spear. You tackle the 10% of technical complexity that configuration alone cannot solve, building the glue, tools and workarounds that unlock customer value fast. You operate across multiple customers and projects, partnering closely with Product and Forward Deployed Engineers to make sure the platform evolves alongside real customer needs. This is a hands-on builder role: you define technical strategy and create reusable solutions that power every customer implementation.
Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy for a customer's first use cases and get the technical foundation solid before Solution Architects engage deeply
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer requirements into scalable platform solutions
- Extend platform capabilities by designing and building workarounds for current limitations
- Equip Solution Architects with purpose-built tooling (utilities, scripts) and well-documented solution designs
- Rapid deployment of customer use cases that deliver immediate business impact
