Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of agentic AI systems from concept to operation, ensuring security and reliability
- Transform stakeholder needs into technical solutions, bridging gaps between business and engineering teams
- Arcitect scalable multi-agent systems with a focus on security, interoperability, and cost efficiency
- Establish performance benchmarks for AI agents, providing essential insights to decision-makers
- Manage existing service portfolios by streamlining processes and managing infrastructure constraints
- Provide strategic insights on AI development and mentor team members on emerging technologies
- Oversee production incident responses, ensuring continued operational effectiveness through active troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Expertise in utilizing AI agents for efficient, scalable project delivery using multi-step workflows
- Demonstrable experience integrating LLM solutions into production environments with knowledge of agentic frameworks
- Proficient in Python development, with emphasis on CI/CD practices and testing for AI-generated code
- Holistic systems thinker with experience in full-stack development and REST API integrations
- Familiarity with AWS services in a multi-account setup, particularly SQS, DynamoDB, and IAM
- Strong documentation practices, creating reusable knowledge systems for technical processes
- Experience in integrating AI with Slack interfaces, beneficial familiarity with React/TypeScript
