Responsibilities

  • Execute MuleSoft implementations for customers and internalize business outcomes and context relevance to MuleSoft implementation methodologies and approaches.
  • Obtain and maintain MuleSoft technical certifications; fully ramp on technology and implementation methodologies.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on project deliverables and contribute to internal knowledge exchange.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior Services team members to help build out our services organization.
  • Lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational lifecycle.
  • Evangelize, train, coach, and mentor Services team members on hard technical skills and soft skills.
  • Design, develop, secure, and manage APIs via API Gateways and Proxies.
  • Handle design patterns with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce.
  • Develop MuleSoft APIs on the Anypoint platform, building complex flows with Anypoint Studio, complex DataWeave transformations, and experience with connectors like Salesforce, DB, error handling, MUnit, API design, development, and tuning.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions.
  • Preferred experience with Java and Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
  • Experience with various MuleSoft connectors (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, File, Database).
  • Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configuration.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team of client, SIs, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.
  • Participate in the creation of technical stories to support functional user stories.
  • Work as a MuleSoft developer in addition to being client-facing for any MuleSoft-related questions.

Qualifications

  • MuleSoft Developer Level 1 (Mule 4) certification (required).
  • MuleSoft Certified Architect (preferred).

Pay

Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following annual salary ranges apply:

  • California: $94,400 to $266,300 USD
  • Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000 USD
  • Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
  • District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000 USD
  • Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000 USD
  • Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
  • Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000 USD
  • Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
  • New York / New Jersey: $87,400 to $266,300 USD
  • Washington: $100,500 to $245,000 USD

Schedule

  • Remote & In-Person: Flexible work options, including remote work or working from HQ in Massachusetts or regional hubs.
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required for certain roles.
