Technical Architect - MLE

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Architect and build complex multi-agent systems from the ground up
• Engineer advanced capabilities for agents to perform domain-specific tasks
• Implement innovative context engineering for state maintenance and learning
• Deploy, scale, and maintain low-latency systems on major cloud platforms
• Create and integrate a comprehensive library of tools for agent interactions
• Establish observability and monitoring systems to optimize agent performance
• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics for assessing agent success

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in machine learning and AI engineering with a focus on production systems
• Proven track record of building and deploying multi-agent systems and workflows
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers
• Hands-on experience with vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB
• Strong familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices like CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
