Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable, and agentic-first AI solutions leveraging Microsoft's ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that integrate LLMs, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to solve complex cross-platform enterprise challenges.
- Establish Enterprise CoE guardrails, helping ensure all AI deployments adhere to Microsoft's responsible AI and security standards (including Microsoft Entra ID and data governance).
- Partner & Customer Engagement:
- Engage directly with C-suite, CXOs, and product leaders to validate high-value business use cases and accelerate value realization.
- Partner with System Integrators (SIs) and ISVs to turn early-stage AI capabilities (like AI Agents) into repeatable, monetizable service offerings.
- Facilitate strategic Architectural Design Sessions (ADS), technical workshops, and hackathons to remove deployment blockers and accelerate time-to-market.
- Provide actionable, closed-loop feedback from customer and partner deployments directly to the core Microsoft M365 Product Groups.
Skills
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise cloud/infrastructure, solutions architecture, or technology consulting, with at least 5+ years specializing in AI/ML or Generative AI ecosystems.
- Microsoft Stack Mastery: Deep technical understanding of the M365 platform, Power Platform, Copilot extensibility, and Azure AI.
- Good to have: Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot Scenario Expert, Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
