About the role
Responsible for analyzing technical issues and providing solutions to improve system performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze software and hardware issues to identify root causes
- Develop and implement technical solutions to enhance system functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
- Document findings and solutions in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Experience with common programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or SQL Server
- Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
