This role involves teaching technical AI skills, engaging in early-stage engineering work, and incubating innovative products from concept to code. The position will have both client-facing responsibilities and an internal enablement component.
Work You'll Do
- Shaping and lead early-stage product development and product incubation projects with a focus on rapid prototyping using cutting edge generative AI tools.
- Supporting our teams by teaching them to use and implement the tools, frameworks and patterns needed for rapid prototyping with generative AI.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on generative AI technologies, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Airtable, and platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
- Tailor content to various skill levels and ensure practical, hands-on learning experiences for designers, engineers, and product managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions for real-world problems.
- Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative development to validate concepts and refine solutions.
- Lead the incubation of new AI products, from ideation to deployment.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure successful product launches.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support on AI initiatives.
- Enable internal teams by sharing knowledge, best practices, and facilitating collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years experience in AI, machine learning, and/or data science.
- 1+ years experience with generative AI tools for software development, user experience, design, and product management.
- 1+ years developing and delivering technical training programs and curricula, including 1+ years focused on AI.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
