Work You'll Do

• Shaping and lead early-stage product development and product incubation projects with a focus on rapid prototyping using cutting edge generative AI tools.
• Supporting our teams by teaching them to use and implement the tools, frameworks and patterns needed for rapid prototyping with generative AI.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on generative AI technologies, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Airtable, and platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini. Tailor content to various skill levels and ensure practical, hands-on learning experiences for designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions for real-world problems. Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative development to validate concepts and refine solutions.
• Lead the incubation of new AI products, from ideation to deployment. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure successful product launches.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support on AI initiatives. Additionally, enable internal teams by sharing knowledge, best practices, and facilitating collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years experience in AI, machine learning, and/or data science.
• 1+ years experience with generative AI tools for software development, user experience, design, and product management.
• 1+ years developing and delivering technical training programs and curricula, including 1+ years focused on AI.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with product management and user experience design principles.
