Technical Advisor – Space Systems and Technologies

Technical Advisor providing expert guidance on space systems and technologies for defense-related programs in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory services on space systems architectures, capabilities, and technology roadmaps
• Assess emerging space technologies and their potential operational applications
• Support program planning, requirements development, and technology transition strategies
• Evaluate contractor technical performance and system designs
• Brief senior leadership and stakeholders on technical findings and recommendations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in space systems engineering, technology development, or related technical roles
• U.S. citizenship required
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain)

Skills

• Deep technical knowledge of satellite systems, orbital mechanics, space sensors, or space-based communications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences
• Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA
