Accountabilities
- Act as a strategic technology partner to executive leadership, helping define product and technology priorities while ensuring scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions.
- Bridge technical expertise with business objectives, supporting critical decisions and external engagements.
- Provide strategic technology and product guidance to executive leadership on development strategies and long-term initiatives.
- Create and execute technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Advise on architecture principles, scalability, reliability, performance, and technical decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive developments, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Evaluate new technologies and their potential impact on products, services, and customer experiences.
- Lead technical and business due diligence activities related to partnerships, acquisitions, and vendor evaluations.
- Represent the organization in strategic conversations with clients, partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Prepare and lead high-value discussions focused on product strategy, technology capabilities, and innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior teams to connect technology solutions with business goals.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide hands-on technical insight when needed, combining strategic vision with practical implementation knowledge.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a senior technology professional with extensive experience across product strategy, engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- You should have a strong understanding of healthcare technology, excellent executive presence, and the ability to influence decisions in complex environments.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, software engineering, technical leadership, architecture, or related technology roles.
- Proven experience shaping technology and product strategy at a senior or executive level.
- Strong track record of influencing without direct authority and advising senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of both business strategy and technology execution.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with knowledge of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry challenges.
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, health plans, or healthcare platforms is highly preferred.
- Recent hands-on experience in product, engineering, architecture, or technical roles with the ability to dive into technical details when required.
- Strong understanding of software development, technical architecture, and scalable technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Professional maturity and confidence to represent the organization with executives, clients, and strategic partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in technology, business, or an MBA is preferred.
