We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need headings for sections present: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. Let's parse the posting. We have description: Who is USP? (company overview) - not needed as heading? Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role overview. The posting includes "Brief Job Overview". That could be under About the role. Also "How will YOU create impact here at USP?" maybe part of About the role. We'll combine. Responsibilities: "The Technical Advisor Has The Following Responsibilities" with bullet points. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting has "Who is USP Looking For?" with competencies and experience, plus "Additional Desired Preferences". Those could be Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide. Benefits: There's a Benefits paragraph. Pay: There's "Compensation Base Salary Range: USD $ 126,250 – $176,509.00 annually. Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role." That's pay info. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned; no schedule info. So we omit Schedule. We must not include placeholders like "varies". The bonus says "% Varies based on level of role." That's vague; but we still have base salary range. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Pay, we have base salary range, which is specific. The bonus line includes "varies". Might be considered placeholder; but we could still include Pay section with base salary range and maybe note bonus varies? The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. If we include Pay section, we must ensure content is not just placeholder. We have base salary range specifics; we can include that. The bonus line is vague; we could omit it or rephrase? We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The bonus line is substantive? It says "Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role." That's not specific; but it's still information. However it's placeholder-like. Might be okay to include but it's vague. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So if we include the bonus line that says "varies", that's filler. Better to omit that line? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; the bonus line is not substantive (just says varies). Could be considered not substantive. I'd omit it to avoid placeholder. Keep only base salary range. Benefits: we have a paragraph about benefits; we can include. Now structure:

About the role

USP overview and brief job overview and impact.

We need to combine the "Who is USP?" and "Brief Job Overview" and "How will YOU create impact here at USP?" into About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like EEO, accommodations, etc. Also remove "Note: USP does not accept unsolicited resumes..." and Equal Opportunity Employer etc. Also remove "Job Category Technical Programs Job Type Full-Time". Also remove "THIS IS A 2 YEARS FIXED TERM POSTION" maybe we could include as part of About the role? It's substantive: fixed term 2 years. Could be included in About the role. It's not a heading; we can include in paragraph. We must preserve all substantive information: fixed term 2 years. Now Responsibilities: list bullet points. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: We need to decide sections. The posting has "Who is USP Looking For?" with competencies and experience, plus "Additional Desired Preferences". Could split into Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred) and Skills (maybe). But we have limited headings; we can combine into one section "Requirements" with both mandatory and desired? But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have Requirements (including mandatory and desired) and Skills (maybe separate). However we have technical writing, analytical, etc. Could be under Skills. Let's create:

Requirements

Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with minimum 2 years of industrial research experience in API or fine chemical industries; or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with minimum 5 years of industrial research experience in API or fine chemical industries.

Demonstrated scientific and technical writing experience, including the ability to synthesize evidence and develop clear technical assessments, reports, and recommendations.

Experience conducting independent literature searches, database reviews, and evidence synthesis related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, synthetic routes, suppliers, or technologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed team environment.

Then maybe

Preferred Qualifications

for additional desired preferences: Donor-funded project experience, Flow chemistry and PAT, Data science/cheminformatics, Broader pharmaceutical/fine-chemicals market and supply-chain knowledge. But we have limited headings; we could combine into Requirements and note "Preferred" within same section. However instruction: prefer few sections; we could have Requirements (including both) and Skills (maybe technical writing etc). But we already included technical writing in Requirements. Skills could be separate: analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork. But we already have those. Maybe better: Requirements (education/experience), Skills (technical writing, analytical, communication, collaboration), Preferred Qualifications (additional). That's three sections. But we must avoid thin sections; each should have substantive content. Let's do:

Requirements

We omitted bonus line. Now About the role: We need to include USP overview, brief job overview, impact, fixed term 2 years. Let's craft a paragraph or two. Content: Who is USP? The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is an independent scientific organization that collaborates with the world’s leading health and science experts to develop rigorous quality standards for medicines, dietary supplements, and food ingredients. At USP, we believe that scientific excellence is driven by a commitment to fairness, integrity, and global collaboration. This belief is embedded in our core value of Passion for Quality and is demonstrated through the contributions of more than 1,300 professionals across twenty global locations, working to strengthen the supply of safe, high-quality medicines worldwide. At USP, we value inclusive scientific collaboration and recognize that attracting diverse expertise strengthens our ability to develop trusted public health standards. We foster an organizational culture that supports equitable access to mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities. Our partnerships, standards, and research reflect our belief that ensuring broad participation in scientific leadership results in stronger, more impactful outcomes for global health. USP is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer (EEOE) and is committed to ensuring fair, merit-based selection processes that enable the best scientific minds—regardless of background—to contribute to advancing public health solutions worldwide. We provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities and uphold policies that create an inclusive and collaborative work environment. But we must remove EEO boilerplate etc. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the EEO statements and accommodations lines. Also remove "USP is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer (EEOE)..." and accommodations. So we keep the earlier description about mission, values, global locations, etc. But we need to check if any of that is considered boilerplate? It's about USP mission; likely okay. We also need to include "Brief Job Overview" and "How will YOU create impact here at USP?" and "THIS IS A 2 YEARS FIXED TERM POSTION". Let's combine: USP is an independent scientific organization that collaborates with leading health and science experts to develop rigorous quality standards for medicines, dietary supplements, and food ingredients. Scientific excellence is driven by a commitment to fairness, integrity, and global collaboration, reflected in the core value of Passion for Quality. More than 1,300 professionals across twenty global locations work to strengthen the supply of safe, high-quality medicines worldwide. USP values inclusive scientific collaboration and fosters a culture that supports equitable access to mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities. The role seeks a scientific and technical expert with demonstrated experience in active pharmaceutical ingredients, fine chemicals manufacturing, and associated supply chains, combined with strong technical writing capabilities. This non‑laboratory, individual contributor role will apply expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chains to evaluate manufacturing processes, assess supply vulnerabilities, analyze technical and market information, and
