Technical Accounting Manager

About the role

A growing advisory and managed services firm is looking for an experienced Technical Accounting Manager to join its client services team. This role will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing strategic accounting leadership, financial oversight, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Advises leadership teams on process improvements, financial controls, and business performance
• Leads financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting operations for client engagements
• Supports growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational integration projects
• Delivers strategic accounting guidance while driving efficiency and scalability across organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including senior-level leadership responsibilities
• Background in consulting, advisory services, outsourced accounting, or other client-facing financial environments
• Experience supporting organizations through growth initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and financial transformation projects
