Responsibilities

  • Manage all quarter-end close activities related to equity accounts.
  • Prepare quarter-end equity reporting disclosures supporting SEC reporting, Investor Relations, and external audit requirements.
  • Prepare equity-related disclosures for the annual proxy statement.
  • Execute and maintain SOX controls related to equity accounting.
  • Support audit walkthroughs and provide timely Prepared by Client (PBC) documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 718 and applicable accounting standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support financial reporting processes.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding.
  • Meet critical quarter-end, year-end, and proxy reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting, finance, audit, and reporting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 718 (Stock-Based Compensation).
  • Hands-on experience with equity accounting.
  • Experience supporting SEC reporting and financial statement disclosures.
  • Experience preparing equity-related annual proxy statement disclosures.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance, controls, and audit processes.
  • Experience supporting audit walkthroughs and preparing PBC documentation.
  • Strong verbal communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Previous audit experience strongly preferred.
  • Big Four public accounting experience highly preferred.

Pay

Pay range for this position will be $82.13 - $92.13. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
