About the role
At DetailPage.com, we specialize in helping Amazon brands grow their organic traffic through search optimization and Amazon insights. We use a patented (US Patent No. 12,093,340), AI-assisted process to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords and rewrite product content to drive sustainable organic traffic. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is our "builder-operator": you turn client goals and AI rules into production-ready, perfectly optimized product listings, then keep them humming at scale. If you love wrangling data, automating workflows, and polishing content until it gleams, this role is your playground.
Responsibilities
- Translate goals into guidelines. Join client intake calls with the CSM (Client Success Manager), convert brand voice, SEO targets, and compliance rules into clear AI prompts & checklists
- Prime the template. Build and deliver the first three "hero" ASINs; adjust based on feedback until the pattern is locked
- Batch at scale. Process the remaining ASINs via our patented AI process, ensuring each item hits all targets of client acceptance
- First-pass QA. Audit all generated content for accuracy, brand fit, and policy compliance before it ever reaches the client
- Revise fast, automate faster. Iterate prompts and scripts to reduce manual edits; document every tweak so the next run is smoother
- Toolsmith mentality. Work with technical teams to maintain and improve our code libraries, keyword APIs, and internal dashboards for speed, reliability, and insight
- Optimization watchdog. Run post-publish checks (indexing, Buy-Box visibility, SOV) and flag under-performers for refresh
- Cross-team partner. Hand off polished batches to the CSM, provide technical answers on calls as needed, and surface workflow ideas that boost the whole team
