Description
The Content Acquisition (CA) department manages, acquires, and integrates content and data from exchanges, brokers, sell-side, and other providers to enhance the Bloomberg Terminal and downstream products. The Client Service team acquires and manages content for clients, making it accessible in one place to improve workflow efficiency and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant data technology or financial field, or equivalent professional work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the financial industry or client-facing roles
- Keen interest in relationship management
- Experience managing relationships on a technical and business level
- Ability to develop ideas and strategies for accounts
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective prioritization and multitasking skills
- Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Python, BI tools)
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in data technology or finance
- Proven track record in client relationship management
- Experience in setting and achieving client touch targets
- Knowledge of Bloomberg platforms and services
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends for product and content improvements

Benefits
