Nefab is seeking a Packaging Specialist to join our team. This position will focus on optimizing packaging solutions for various industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement packaging strategies that enhance product protection and reduce environmental impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new packaging solutions.
• Conduct life cycle assessments and provide recommendations based on sustainability criteria.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to packaging.
• Stay updated with the latest packaging technologies and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in packaging engineering or similar field.
• Strong understanding of material science and its application in packaging.
• Experience with packaging design software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and packaging regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with sustainability metrics and reporting.
• Understanding of green logistics and circular economy principles.
