About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and tools.
- Lead in the development of new features and enhancements to our agent platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies relevant to your role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passion for building innovative and user-friendly applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
