Technical Account Strategy & Planning
Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects; collaborate with AEs and Partner Managers; maintain clear view of customer architecture; develop Customer Adoption Plans.
Adoption & Technical Execution
Lead technical kickoffs and workshops; prototype and integrate solutions; align with Expert Services for implementation.
Footprint Growth & Bid Support
Identify new use cases and scaling opportunities; provide technical input on bids and RFx processes.
Internal Operations & Orchestration
Track adoption health and support account planning; collaborate across Siemens teams.
Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring
Share best practices, contribute to playbooks, mentor other TAMs.
Field Signal & Product Feedback
Capture adoption insights and provide structured feedback to Field CTO; advocate for customer needs.
General
- Uphold Siemens values and complete administrative tasks.
Deep Adoption Expertise
- Hands-on capability for prototyping, demos, and product work across all four products.
Software, Data & AI Practices
- Proficiency in delivery practices and technical execution.
Wider Siemens Portfolio Awareness
- Familiarity with Siemens portfolio for integration opportunities.
Technical Account Planning
- Develop and align adoption strategies with customer goals.
Architectural Advisory
- Advise on architectural landscape mapping and integration.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, architects).
Orchestration & Collaboration
- Cookordinate across teams for seamless execution.
Voice-of-Customer Advocacy
- Capture feedback and influence product roadmaps.
Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing
- Coach peers and enable customer self-sufficiency.
Growth Mindset & AI Proficiency
- Use generative AI to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (advanced degrees welcome).
- Experience in technical customer management, consultancy, presales, or similar roles.
- Flexible work environment with potential travel.
Compensation
OTE (On-Target Earnings) structure.
