About the role

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our expanding customer base. Reporting to the Manager of the Beefree Customer Team, you will use your technical expertise to empower our customers with our cutting-edge embeddable editor, Beefree SDK.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by proactively identifying and securing expansion opportunities, and partnering with your team to execute effective contract renewals with our strategic accounts.
  • Lead commercial discussions, including the negotiation of contracts and detailed discussions around billing and pricing structures with C-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with key business and technical leaders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the full customer lifecycle.
  • Serve as the customer advocate, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Development, Marketing) to ensure alignment and curate product feedback to enhance the Beefree SDK.
  • Showcase an understanding of the Beefree SDK to align its capabilities with customer workflows and integrated applications to maximize value realization.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineer, technical consultant, or technical account manager.
  • Demonstrated experience with negotiating commercial contracts and discussing billing with C-level executives.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conversational proficiency in web technologies like HTML/CSS/JS, API, and SDK.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and understand their technical needs.
  • Experience in providing technical support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ability to build a web app, or experience with email builders or similar software, is a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Pay

Base salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Bonus KPI: Net Retention Revenue (NRR) Bonus (on target: 14K USD yearly)

Schedule

This is a fully remote U.S.-based position.
