Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Tech Lead Pharmacist to support and guide pharmacy technicians across multiple Arizona locations. The role requires hospital experience and includes leading and supporting pharmacy technician operations, training and mentoring teams, collaborating with leadership to streamline processes, and monitoring and improving operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pharmacy technician operations across assigned sites
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and organizational policies
• Train, mentor, and oversee pharmacy tech teams
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to streamline processes
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards

Requirements

MUST HAVE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION.
