About the role
We are seeking an Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) with strong technical and mechanical skills. This individual will repair or overhaul large and small components while ensuring compliance with the Repair Station Manual and Quality Control Manual policies and procedures.
- Read and understand maintenance manuals, shop documentation, and regulatory requirements including FAA, EASA, & AS9110 standards.
- Read and interpret standard measuring devices and use hand tools, tooling, fixtures, and test equipment required to complete daily tasks.
- Complete all paperwork and tasks error-free.
- Maintain the repair station’s equipment and ensure tools are in serviceable working condition, adhering to calibration schedules of special tools and equipment.
- Maintain the premises of the repair station in a clean and orderly manner.
- Ensure required safety equipment is used when necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Meet company hiring requirements, including passing drug screen and background check.
- Preferred A&P certificate (not required).
- Strong organizational skills.
- At least 18 years of age and a US citizen.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to learn and use various software, including Quantum ERP system, internet, email, and business systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Pay
Hourly position with a salary range of $40,000 – $50,000 USD annually. No incentive compensation.
