About the Role

This company provides Geotechnical Engineering services, Materials Testing Laboratory services, Core drilling & test boring services, and Construction Management services for Civil Engineering projects. Services include Geological, Geophysical, Consulting, Design, Engineering, Concrete Testing, Soil Testing, Asphalt Testing, Geotechnical Investigations, and Project Management for Highway, Street, Road, Bridge and other Transportation projects, Water, Wastewater & Sewer construction projects, and Special Inspections oversight.

Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical engineering analyses and design for civil infrastructure projects
• Conduct materials testing in laboratory and field settings (concrete, soil, asphalt)
• Oversee core drilling and test boring operations
• Manage construction projects including transportation, water, wastewater, and sewer systems
• Provide special inspections and oversight during construction phases
• Prepare geotechnical investigation reports and recommendations
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
• Experience in geotechnical investigations and materials testing
• Knowledge of ACI, ASTM, and other relevant testing standards
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
• Ability to lift and carry testing equipment up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in outdoor field conditions and construction environments
