Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate & Dispatch: Drive the daily schedule, strategically dispatching field technicians to resolve commercial oven service needs quickly and efficiently.
  • Warranty Solutions: Act as the technical guide for customers, verifying warranty status, processing claims, and clearly communicating policies with confidence.
  • Service Liaison: Serve as the central communication hub, connecting customers, field technicians, and supplier agents to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.
  • Command Center Records: Take ownership of our digital files, keeping service logs, schedules, and work order details perfectly organized and up to date.
  • System Mastery: Leverage Microsoft Office and specialized service management software to track incoming requests, log critical notes, and keep operations moving.
  • Continuous Improvement: Pitch in with daily administrative workflows and actively look for ways to make our dispatching and scheduling processes even faster.
  • Product Expert-in-Training: Proactively learn and apply our warranty procedures and commercial oven product knowledge to guide customers with ease.

Qualifications and Essential Functions

  • The Coordinator Mindset: Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or high-volume customer support is highly preferred.
  • Fast-Paced Prioritization: Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm, organized, and focused in a busy, fluid environment.
  • System Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with service tracking software or ERP platforms is a major advantage.
  • Clear Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills with the ability to confidently build professional relationships with customers, technicians, and supplier agents alike.
  • Team-First Adaptability: A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine hunger to learn, adapt, and grow in a technical industry.
