About the role

The role involves leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality technology solutions to the business. This includes creating and agreeing upon a project plan, baselining the project, following a chosen project management methodology, and ensuring continuous communication with the project team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular status reporting including progress, risks, issues, and financials to ensure full transparency across stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships across IT, business units, vendors, and leadership
• Enable informed decision-making through clear, concise, and consistent reporting
• Manage overall project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking
• Perform cost tracking, variance analysis, and estimate-to-actual reviews to ensure financial alignment
• Ensure optimal resource allocation across project activities to support delivery objectives

Requirements

• Significant experience managing technology projects or programs of increasing complexity
• Prominent ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials, budgets, and forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field is required
• 7 years of relevant technical work experience is required
