You’ll directly shape how customer deployments are built, delivered, and eventually scaled across a larger FDE organization. This is not a support role—you will own the journey from sales handoff to stable production.Commodities is one of the world’s largest and most operationally complex industries, yet it remains underserved by modern software. You will not be building another generic SaaS dashboard—you will be automating the workflows that underpin global trade. About The Role We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with at least three years of relevant experience to own the end-to-end technical deployment of CommodityAI’s product with customers—from sales handoff through stable production.You will be the technical project manager, onboarding lead, implementation engineer, and customer champion for several concurrent deployments. You’ll learn how each customer operates, translate messy workflows into data models and automations, configure and tune AI agents, write or troubleshoot code when needed, and keep both customer and engineering stakeholders aligned.This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, and customer success. The coding bar is practical rather than academic, but technical credibility and hands-on execution are essential.
