Tech Ops Director

Responsibilities

• Extensive production expertise in commercial lyophilization (freeze drying) and sterile fill line operations
• Experience with SP lyophilizer preferred, but general lyophilization experience is also acceptable
• Natural Chinese speaker, preferably with experience working in both China and US
• Extensive experience, hands-on, in all aspects of production operations
• Technical background who has gradually worked up the ranks in their career
• Experienced leader in small company operations with a start-up mindset, urgency, and drive for success

Requirements
