Responsibilities
- Evaluate, manage, and secure enterprise-wide utilization of ITA’s Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud environments within the Government Community Cloud tenant, recommending enhancements to improve functionality and maximize organizational value.
- Provide active, hands-on leadership and technical mentorship to the IT team, fostering a collaborative work environment while overseeing and supporting daily IT operations.
- Plan, evaluate, organize, control, and secure IT and electronic data operations, ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems, including cybersecurity operations.
- Manage ITA’s CMMC compliance by promoting a security-first culture that safeguards sensitive data and maintains industry standards and government requirements.
- Direct the design, development, implementation, and coordination of organizational systems, policies, and procedures.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence to enhance operations within the organization.
- Identify problematic areas within IT operations and implement strategic solutions promptly to minimize downtime and organizational risk.
- Ensure employee readiness through annual training compliance and continuous education on cybersecurity, technology, and evolving business and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the development of the annual budget and ensure the cost-effectiveness of IT assets.
- Conduct regular audits of organizational systems and thoroughly assess outcomes to identify areas where security can be enhanced, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, aligning technology investments with business objectives, supporting corporate growth initiatives, and enabling secure, scalable, and efficient operations across CONUS and OCONUS environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including leadership and IT management responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with proven professional experience and detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with installing, administering, and securing a broad range of enterprise systems, including email, networks, document management, endpoints, and servers.
- Understanding of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements and implementation timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Security Engineer, or AI Engineer).
- Active SECRET clearance.

Pay
Pay range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 annually. This position has a broad compensation range due to varying levels of candidate experience and qualifications.
