Tech Lead BPM and Appian

About the role

This is a 12-month contract position, with the initial location being Jersey City, followed by Dallas, and Tampa as a last resort. The role will be a hybrid position, requiring 3 days of on-site work per week. Please note that sponsorship will not be provided.

Responsibilities

• Migrate applications to Appian, with a focus on defining a migration strategy and working with the Appian vendor
• Provide hands-on support and development for the migration effort
• Mentor a team of 3-4 senior resources who are new to Appian
• Support existing applications in IBM BPM and migrate them over the next 2-3 years
• Map out the migration process, including integration with multiple touchpoints and applications

Requirements

• Strong Appian technical lead skills, with experience in Appian SaaS cloud and on-premises, as well as the Data Fabric layer
• AI skillset, including experience with AI Case Manager within Appian
• Experience with migration, particularly in migrating applications to Appian
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and interact with leadership
• 8+ years of experience in a lead role, with no more than 15 years of experience overall
