Tech Lead

About the Role

Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and developers, overseeing system architecture, design, and scalability. Define the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives and ensure timely delivery of all technical milestones.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve code, ensuring best practices and quality standards
• Implement and monitor DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and security practices
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and data security
• Conduct regular sprint reviews, stand-ups, and technical discussions
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders and management
• Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and output

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development
• At least 2+ years in a Tech Lead / Senior role
• Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services
• Proven expertise in Flutter development
• Solid background in DevOps (CI/CD, security, deployments)
• Experience with system architecture and scalable applications
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and database management
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Schedule

• Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
• Working Mode: Remote / Hybrid (within Doha, to be finalized)
• Meetings: Regular via Microsoft Teams / Zoom
