About the role
We are looking for a passionate Tech Instructor who can teach coding and digital skills to kids and teens in an engaging, relatable, and project-based way. You'll be working with our curriculum team to deliver classes on either Scratch, Python, Web Development, and other beginner-friendly technologies. Your role goes beyond teaching—it's about inspiring confidence, creativity, and curiosity in young learners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging tech lessons (Scratch, Python, Web Dev, or AI).
- Break down complex concepts into simple, fun, and relatable examples.
- Guide students through project-based learning and coding challenges.
- Provide personalized support to ensure no child is left behind.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve lesson content.
- Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in every class.
- Give feedback on students' projects and celebrate their achievements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of any of the following technologies: Scratch, Python, and Web Development basics.
- Experience teaching kids/teens (formal or informal).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Patience, creativity, and ability to engage children of different ages.
- Comfortable teaching either in-person or online.
Bonus
- Experience running coding clubs, hackathons, or bootcamps for kids.
- Ability to create fun coding challenges and mini-games.
- Background in EdTech or child-centered learning environments.
