Tech Install Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Venue A/V and Infrastructure Audit - Detailed check of systems including Audio/Visual, Game, Point of Sale, Lobby Management, Control Systems, Computer Room, Network.
- Game Experience Audit - Pre-visit data collection and in-bay gameplay experience focusing on potential performance issues.
- Physical Installation - Cable pulling, display/PC installation.
- Troubleshooting and Configuration - Software and hardware issues post-installation.
- Venue Systems Quality Assurance - Compliance checks against defined standards.
- Third Party Technician Oversight - Managing third-party resources and overseeing tasks.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of large scale low voltage project installation
- 1+ year of cross-functional teams experience
- 1+ year of knowledge of basic construction and low voltage materials
- Hand tool experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and operate heavy machinery
- Strong sense of personal accountability and positive attitude
- Analytical thinking and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret CAD drawings
- Basic understanding of construction building codes
- Predict challenges and proactively address obstacles
