Key job responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Infrastructure Development

• Maintain and report on ground infrastructure health metrics
• Monitor and report on ground capacity delivery

• Serve as the primary liaison between various teams

About The Team

The Ground Infrastructure "Build and Operate" team on project Leo is accountable for the construction and steady state operation of every Ground Gateway, globally.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• 8+ years of project management experience (including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, evaluate alternatives and develop processes and tools
• Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
• Knowledge of sourcing/procurement, building systems and maintenance, vendor management and customer service
