Sr. Technical Program Manager, Leo CT Build
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead customer terminal release program to build, test, and deploy software to millions of customer devices. In this role, you will drive customer terminal software release from planning through execution, including: define the release scope, qualification schedules and dependencies, software deliverables, test coverage auditing, test readiness reviews, test bed support, and venue logistics coordination.
This is an individual contributor role with broad organizational influence. Your technical domain knowledge, program management fundamentals, and trusted partnerships will enable you to drive organizational alignment and help teams deliver faster with higher quality.
Responsibilities
You will own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional cross-organizational programs spanning multiple engineering teams and business units. You define program strategy, establish success criteria, and hold yourself and others accountable for outcomes, not just activities.
- Identify risks and blockers early and act immediately to resolve them, escalating with data and proposed solutions rather than waiting for direction.
- Challenge proposals, timelines, and technical approaches when you believe they are wrong, even when it is uncomfortable or unpopular.
- Build mechanisms that create transparency, accelerate decision-making, and prevent recurring failures.
- Influence L8+ stakeholders and partner teams without formal authority, earning credibility through your depth of understanding, clarity of communication, and track record of delivering results.
- Define and drive operational excellence across your programs, establishing metrics, review cadences, and escalation paths that ensure sustained delivery velocity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $148,700.00 - $201,200.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
